It was truthfully an amazing experience! the school and her familly make everything special, giving us many tips on how to enjoy the city better. Usually the kids learn quite fast also, they're really eager to learn! Definitely recommend.

The school and Mis Thu were very kind and helpful, and I appreciated the flexibility to take tree days off for personal matters. The children are very sweet. The vitamins teachers are filming and taking photos all the time. I chose not to stay with the host family because of the accommodations condition. I also didn't get along with the food during my stay. The teaching part, which is the main focus of the volunteering, was quite challenging. Sometimes I had to teach five lessons in a row. The Vietnamese teachers use violence against children. the school explains how to teach the kids.

Overall, my volunteering experience was positive. Inside the house there's a welcoming atmosphere, with a strong sense of unity and family, which made me feel included despite being far from home. Spending time together was pleasant, and barrier was challenging at first, they're very well prepared, even if quite shy. the school, in particular, was extremely kind and always willing to help us. She took great care of us by providing warm meals and traditional hot drinks. The most critical aspect concerns the facilities, especially the bathroom, which is very basic and not particularly comfortable.

Myself and my partner volunteered teaching English to children at various schools/centres over the course of a week - typically a few hours a day. It was an amazing experience, we really enjoyed teaching the local children and the school showed us how to teach step by step! the school welcomed us into her home, we stayed in a private room and were well looked after. the school made sure we had transport to and from school every day and she also cooked us delicious meals twice a day without fail! The food was really really good. The family are very kind and welcoming, couldn't ask for better hosts
