Mrs. Vilma welcomed me into her home as if I were her own daughter. The work is not complicated, but it does require responsibility. Good communication is also important to fully understand the different tasks and to let the hosts know if any problems or difficulties arise. Having two volunteers at the same time can definitely make it easier to organize the tasks. Cusco city center is about an hour away, depending on traffic and transportation.
Roxana was always available to answer any questions. I was also asked to help with some additional tasks, which I was happy to do.

Amazing place in the nature. The animals, 3 dogs and 4 cats, are lovely and the host is amazing. Glad to have been here

I really enjoyed my stay ! The family I stayed with are beautiful. Despite my limited Spanish, they welcomed me and helped me with this. My only note is the home is a bit far from the city, but overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

Jackson 🙏I'm really glad you enjoyed the experience. Regarding the distance, I'm aware that traffic has increased lately, which is why I welcome two volunteers so they don't feel pressured by the timings. Unlike other places, buses here pass very frequently (every few minutes), and Uber is faster. Thanks for your good disposition! 🙌

My stay at Vilma's house in the countryside was a great opportunity near Cusco & the Inca ruins I was visiting. I was kindly welcomed by her &her daughter. There is also a nice young man there who goes to college nearby. 1-2 workers came daily & ate there as well. I washed the plates & cooking pans- as well as helping with their cats & dogs. All were affectionate, I fell in love with every animal.
They also have a second estate that overlooks the village; a breathtaking view I appreciated photographing. I declined to help with the land there though. No big deal but I had ruins to see each day

I speant a great time in Cusco. The tasks are easy to do and don't take a lot of time, so there's enough time to visit the city. I appreciate that Roxana's sister helped me with everything, such as the tasks in the house as personal stuff too

Thanks for the feedback! I hope I can find someone before my mom arrives. Fingers crossed 🫰🏾
