Join our international team. Currently, we have owners who are native to Shkoder and volunteers from around the world. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable volunteer to help run the front desk and create an unforgettable guest experience. This role combines basic receptionist duties with basic housekeeping and keeping a positive vibe!
32 hours of help per week
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
1 day off per week
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

What you’ll do:
- Welcome guests, check them in and out, and answer questions about the hostel
- Make the beds, do the laundry, help our cleaning woman with basic tasks to keep the hostel tidy.
- Keep the reception area organized and running smoothly
- Help maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere in the hostel
What we’re looking for:
- Positive, upbeat attitude (on and off duty—you’re part of the vibe!)
- Comfortable interacting with people from all over the world
- Responsible, organized, and punctual
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our systems
- Team player who enjoys hostel life and social environments

- If you need to pop out, please ensure someone is there to cover.
