The Experience

We are a Bar/Restaurant & Hostel/Hotel. We also hold day parties, including a Xmas & NYD parties. We have an extensive food menu and great range of cocktails. We currently have a second location called The Up where you also can be located & duties in both places include serving food & drinks, make cocktails (we have a cheat sheet to help), Promo work. Hanging out with other travellers & playing games on our pool when you are free is encouraged.

Skybar is an amazing place in the heart of koh rong. The staff is great, vibes are really cool and the accommodation and the views are top tier. I deffo recommend it to everyone!

I stayed one Month at "The Up" and had a unforgettable Time there. The Team is Wonderful a mix of Khmer People and Lovely European People. Even tho it was getting in to Low Season i enjoyed the stay and the work was really easy. Will definetly come back!

Overall I had a great experience here!! The other staff were all amazing and the island is beautiful with lots of stuff to offer. Only the food is not exactly free as you get a 10$ tab per day which includes food and drinks but at least you get 50% off after that. I stayed at the partner hostel which at first I wasn't too sure about but honestly I loved it and it had everything you needed. Location isn't ideal but you can hitchhike very easily. Only problem is the laundry lady messed up some of my clothes and took ages and our dorm didn't get cleaned for the whole last week I was there.

The hostel is such a nice place, wonderful people, well located so during your time off you can go around the island. The work in itself is pressureless: bartending, barback, talking to customers, playing games etc. I had an amazing time there!
