I recommend a thousand times participating with the hostel, personally it was my first volunteering and I was nervous and with many doubts about what volunteering is, but the people at the hostel were always very friendly, they explained any doubts I had. The super simple tasks there were days that everything could be finished in about 3 hours and I already had the whole day off to get to know the city. The city is beautiful, it's about 1 hour from London, so it's perfect for free days to go to London or other cities that people recommend in the hostel. The hostel is very nice

The hostel team is so friendly, always in a good mood and ready to help, which creates a super positive atmosphere right from day one. the hostel is a beautiful and very charming city. Overall, I really managed to get enough time to explore the city, travel around Kent, and immerse myself in the local culture. It's the perfect place to meet amazing people and have a great adventure.

My month at the hostel was so nice! The work is easy and you get done early in the day so there's lots of time to explore. The private room is very cozy, and the breakfasts (+ occasional dinners) are always good. You get the whole month's schedule in advance which is super helpful. This was a great experience that I recommend for anyone wanting to explore England in depth and get a taste of local life.
