The Experience

Hello! I live on a finca in Chamorga (Tenerife), surrounded by nature in the Anaga Biosphere Reserve. I’m looking for help 4 days per week (garden, animals, light tasks). I offer a private room, meals, and a peaceful life in the heart of nature. Ideal if you enjoy simplicity, quiet, and learning about rural life. I speak Spanish, German, English, and Romanian, and I love cultural exchange!

My experience in Chamorga with Marton has been a perfect 10. It's difficult to put into words everything I have experienced in this magical place and with this wonderful host. Marton is generous, flexible, shares his knowledge with kindness, is respectful, friendly, sincere. The tasks, besides being manageable and easy, in this environment are a pleasure to carry out. Marton offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to hours and shifts, and communication and arrangements with him are very easy. I have learned a lot about Anaga, the flora and fauna of the area thanks to him. In addition, he cooks wonderfully. Many thanks, Marton.

Alejandro is the volunteer you always want to have nearby. With his positive and radiant energy, he helped make ChAmor a better place. He is attentive, hardworking, empathetic and has broad knowledge, especially about healthy living. His affectionate way of treating people conveys joy, well-being and harmony to everyone around him.

The experience in Chamorga with Marton was very good, the place is secluded (well informed beforehand by the host), but it offers tranquility and nature if that is what you are looking for. Chamorga has a particular charm. The tasks have been enjoyable and Marton is a flexible, very generous person who looks after the wellbeing of the volunteer. It also offers you a comfortable private room and a private bathroom. Satisfactory experience, THANK YOU Marton :)
