This the school exceeded my expectations, I had a great time with the kids and the other volunteers. The location and food was also amazing, and the organization was well balanced so we knew what to do and helped each other with every task. I recommend this volunteer experience to everyone who wants to be around energetic kids in traditional Japanese surroundings.

This the school is an experience I would really recommend everyone!! The founder of the school Taichi, plans everything with so much love and also communicates everything in detail with the volunteers. The accommodation is in the most beautiful nature, which is really a highlight. It's also clean and spacious. Other volunteers as well as the children are so sweet and you can really make friends here! I'm so happy I got to take part in this program💗

I had the most eye-opening experience here with the students and the rest of the volunteers. My only complain is that the experience is too short, I really wish it was longer because it was super enjoyable. Could not recommend this more to anyone who is looking for a great opportunity to meet locals, immerse in the local culture and experience living in the beautiful rural area of Yoshino.

This experience was amazing. If you are patient and like to play/be around children you will also love it. the school's mood is very laid back and it really focuses on promoting conversation through fun activities and just trying to immerse the kids in an english speaking environment. Taichi is a great host, teacher and organiser. You can feel his care and passion for the project and for the kids. I'm 100% you will be quick to call him your friend if you participate!
