I really enjoyed my time here and had a lot of fun! The lessons were enjoyable and I would especially recommend this experience to people who enjoy connecting with others. The community among the volunteers was great and it was lovely to get to know the students. Sometimes they invited us to join them for small activities, which was perfect to experience the local culture. There are two cats that sometimes come into the girls' sleeping area at night, so it's good to be comfortable around cats. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend the experience!

I had a great experience at the Homestay! :) Everyone was super friendly and helpful and Harry created a really nice atmosphere. We taught English in the evenings, which left us plenty of free time during the day to explore the home. The locals were very motivated to learn and I really enjoyed getting to know and teaching them. It's a great way to connect with locals and travellers and experience the culture. Cleanliness could be improved a little, but apart from that everything was great and I'm very grateful for the experience!

This experience was transformative! This was my first time in Asia and I felt right at home. The reason for this is the strong sense of community and the host Margaret catering to our every need and being a great friend. The lessons were nice and a good way to meet locals and even though I was technically the teacher I would argue the students taught me more than I taught them. The location is a little out of the city in a residential area, however, that meant cheaper food and a more authentic experience. I loved my time here and I would recommend any and every traveler to come here

I worked in the talking/English-speaking role and overall it was a good experience. The job was easy, the people were friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. A couple of things that could be improved are the beds, which were not very comfortable, and adding curtains for more privacy and comfort.

I had a great experience here. The team was very friendly and welcoming, and we had a lot of fun. The hosts also organized activities like karaoke or movie nights, which made it even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to people who want to meet locals, experience the culture, and try something different. Overall, a really cool experience!
