I spent a week at the host, I felt welcomed by Mr Ardani and his family as soon as I arrived. I enjoyed my time here and had so much fun with all of the students I interacted with, not only at the host but other education centres as well, LEC and Syafana. This was my first time volunteering to teach English and I would recommend it to others if you are looking for an experience where you are immersed into local culture while also having lots of time to spend time with students & young people. There are many classes at all times of day that Ardani gives you the option to attend, which I liked!

My volunteer experience here was amazing. I felt very welcomed and treated like part of the family from the beginning. The accommodation was comfortable and nice, and the volunteer work was a great experience. The schedule is flexible, so you can easily balance volunteering with your own time to explore Lombok.
The students were friendly and fun to teach, and I really enjoyed my time there. The host was also helpful and offers tour trips around Lombok if you want to explore more of the island. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

I have been truly blessed to be part of this incredible community. Ardani, mr Saef, Mia and all the teachers there have been extremely helpful and kind to my friend and I. We were the first impact makers(as they like to call us) and I feel so lucky to have experienced this. They have provided us with a house with separate rooms just for us 3 incredibly delicious meals everyday, great free trips and also extremely discounted ones. They picked us up from the airport, let us rest and choose our own schedule. We were part of the family and we will miss them dearly. I wish to come back and see them

My experience at the host was amazing. As Ardani says, we are not volunteers—we are impact makers. Teaching the children was incredibly rewarding. They were shy at first, but with encouragement they became more confident and eager to learn. Ardani is passionate about his work and truly cares about the community. The accommodation was comfortable, with beautiful rice field views, and the food was excellent. I also enjoyed exploring the local area and learning about the culture. I highly recommend the host to anyone seeking a meaningful and impactful experience.
