Satisfied but wouldn't recommend as a first experience or to socialize. The boss is super nice but never there, he manage everything by message. You're more an employee than a volunteer, though work is super chill in winter ! The hostel wasn't very pleasant when I was there ( I know it wasnt like that before ) : no sofa, looks like a hospital, no windows in common areas, and only a microwave to cook. Few guests/volunteers in winter. The town and thermal baths are nice. Advice : if you want fun, this isn't the place. If you want a break to work on your laptop, it's a good spot.

The experience in AguasQuentes has been very good. Javier, together with the volunteers Miguel and Pablo, have been very good hosts. I have improved my English and my reception skills. The volunteers' room is comfortable. I recommend this experience in Ourense, a city that is very beautiful!

The hostel itself is very comfortable. They meet the tasks agreed upon and the work is simple, breakfast is provided and it's excellent. It's a pity that there is no kitchen to cook, which doesn't help with the expenses. Andrés, a volunteer, greeted us—super friendly—but without him we wouldn't have known anything; we didn't meet the owner or the person in charge. I felt unsafe in many moments with the guests because there were many strange people and the doors to the rooms have no way to lock. Anyway, the volunteering is very good, but there are things to improve such as presence and days off.

What a wonderful experience, it was my first volunteer experience and I honestly felt very comfortable and at ease; it's like being at home. Although there is only one day off per week, the working hours allow you to enjoy each day. It's a super comfortable place to relax, the tasks are simple and they offer help at any moment if you need it! I would really come back...
