• March & November: Colder months (0-15°C, windy). Please bring a warm down jacket.
• June-August: Very hot (20-40°C).
• Seasonal Highlights: Cherry blossoms in April, fresh cherry picking in May, and leaf raking work from September to November.
💪 What you'll do

• 🐾 Animal Care: Feeding and cleaning up after chickens, ducks, and other farm animals.
• 👩🏫 Education & Support: Occasionally teaching English at local village schools during the week.

⏰ Schedule & Commitment
• Roster: We require a 2-week or 1-month minimum stay.
• Timing: Arrive on Wednesday and depart on Monday.
• Work Hours: 6 hours per day, 4 days per week.
• Important Note: Punctuality is crucial. More than 2 changes to your arrival/departure dates, or failure to show up on time, will result in a negative review. Please honor your commitment.
Rules
1. Respect the environment, the animals, and each other.
2. Keep shared spaces tidy and help maintain harmony on the farm.
3. Most staff do not speak English. Please use translation apps to communicate actively, and do not expect everyone to speak English.
4. Arrive on Wednesday and depart on Monday as agreed. More than 2 changes to your arrival/departure dates, or no-shows, will result in a negative review.
5. Our meals are simple, seasonal, and home-cooked — please come with an open mind and no excessive food demands.
6. Meals are prepared uniformly on the farm. We cannot offer separate food for those who avoid pork for personal or religious reasons, nor special vegetarian meals. Self-catering kitchens are unavailable due to fire and gas safety concerns.
7. Summer working hours are 7:00-11:00 and 14:00-16:00 onwards, so this work is not suitable for people who get up late.
8. Some work takes place in greenhouses with temperatures between 20℃ and 35℃. If you have allergies to pollen, dust mites, ultraviolet rays or temperature changes, this position may not be appropriate for you.
🙏No religious commitments or activities that conflict with our work schedule.
⏱️ Be punctual and reliable for your daily work shifts.
🧺 When leaving, please clean your room/bed area thoroughly and put all bedding (sheets/duvet covers) into the washing machine.
📦 Prepare warm clothes (including a down jacket) for March/November (0–15°C, windy) and sun protection for the hot summer months.
🚭No smoking or drugs on the farm premises.
✨ Positive attitude, flexibility, and love for nature are key!
