The Experience

We are a great sailing, windsup and sup school located in Italy, Tuscany, Monte Argentario (GR), just on the beach. We are looking for sailing instructors (even without any formal certification ) or good sailors on dinghies from all around the world. We offer food and nice accommodation.The duty is to stay on board with our students,adults,kids and teenagers and to teach them how to sail.We have a fleet of 24 little dinghies with a centerboard.

I had a good experience. I was used to volunteering in hostels where there is a lot of social interaction, so this experience was very different. I arrived right at the end of the host term when there were few students left, so it was a bit of a challenge to keep things engaging. I think it's a great experience if you enjoy solitude and spending time at the beach—plus, you learn how to sail. I wouldn't recommend it to those looking for a more social experience. It's not a matter of good or bad; it just depends on what you're looking for. The vibe and the partners were perfect!

Dear Mathias. The high season in Italy starts normally in april and ends at the end of august. We have normally from 7 to 25 staff members during this time. An all of them are very collaborative and helpfull. Hope to see you again
