This was an amazing experience! Mateo was a really great host to me and my friend. It was the perfect balance of work and fun, and we felt comfortable the entire time. He showed us some incredible places, and we got to surf, explore beautiful beaches and nature, and enjoy the hot tubs. The work was easy and fun, and by the end of our stay we were genuinely sad to leave. I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to connect with locals, comfortable with a social media presence, and wanting to have a great time!

Me and my friend had the best experience with Mateo. He was a very welcoming host from the start and makes sure you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. The work itself isn't hard and is super fun especially when on the beach! I would highly recommend this volunteer experience to anyone wanting to immerse in the australian culture and meet new people. it was truly the best experience i could imagine for our introduction to worldpackers! most of the time you spend on the beach or traveling to a new cool place. you will learn new skills, be able to relax and have the best time!!

Mateo was a really nice and welcoming host! We had lots of fun, he showed me around Philip island and the Mornington Peninsula, we played guitar and went to beautiful places!:) He even introduced me to some friends who were super nice as well! Overall it was a great experience, and if you are flexible you will have a great time!

Had an amazing time volunteering for the camping! Mateo was super welcoming from the time I arrived and always made sure I was comfortable and having a great time. His friend came along for some of the trip and we all had lots of fun. I learned a lot about the camping and everything that goes into running it. The work itself was easy and enjoyable. On days off, we got to do many fun things like beach days, boat trips, seeing kangaroos, surfing and lots more. The tent was very comfortable and Mateo always checked in to make sure I was set. Overall, the perfect introduction to Australia!
