They've truly been part of my experience here. I've never seen a more amazing staff then them I love them all. Also, this is my first time either wol worldpackers , and I’m so grateful to I found them. The soul, the energy, the people made me feel at home. Ofc, I recc recommend it.

I spent 7 weeks at the hostel and it was truly a great experience! I met lots of amazing people, had so many fun nights out and the vibe in the hostel was great. The working hours are totally doable and are as communicated! Budapest is also a lovely city and a great place to try new things. The staff is also great and lots of fun. Would totally recommend going to the hostel!!

The hostel was an amazing experience, and I could not have chosen a better place to start my volunteering journey. The staff is incredible and makes you feel at home immediately, the vibes are amazing, the work is super fair and the location is great. There is always an event going on, so if you enjoy having fun and meeting super cool people, you should definitely apply for the hostel. Definitely a special place, I absolutely recommend it ❤️❤️❤️

The stay at the hostel was incredible! I loved every day and would totally recommend volunteering here. the hostel definitely knows how to party and has some event going on every day, so it was never boring. Perfect for a social butterfly! Of course you can have some chill nights aswell, dont worry:) The other volunteers and the staff are the best, i felt welcomed immediately. You will be included in everything immediately and will never feel alone and akward! The work was really chill and even if it was a busy shift with many beds someone always helped out<3 I will definitely be back!! (xoxo salt)

My experience at the hostel was absolutely amazing! If you are a social person who likes going out and meeting new people this is the place for you! The staff and other volunteers were so nice and welcoming and have really become a family :) I can't complain about the work as it is really not to bad and as agreed. I'm gonna miss this place and will definitely come back!

I cannot describe my time volunteering in the hostel in justone review... The location is great, the work is easy, and the hours are flexible, which makes everything super relaxed. There are fun events every night and the hostel is a super social vibe so you can meet people from all over the world. Katie and the crew are amazing people and made it feel like home almost immediately. The hostel has a real family vibe lots of good chats, laughs, and people looking out for each other. Definitely a special place and a really fun volunteering experience, cant wait to come back!

The work was not as described when I applied. I wouldn’t have minded the housekeeping and cleaning if it was the hours agreed but the manager Katie would give me extra tasks like scraping off limescale from under the sinks which no one else had to do. I was also given no cleaning clothes or masks so one of the days I felt really dizzy from the amount of bleach. The overall cleanliness here is not great with ants crawling around and just filthy. My bedroom was attached to reception which meant I had absolutely no privacy. The rest of the staff were lovely and apart from that I enjoyed my stay!

Unfortunately, Elizabeth’s review does not reflect the wider experience and seems largely based on frequent misunderstandings with staff and tasks. As reflected in our previous always positive reviews the role and cleaning expectations are clearly explained, and all volunteers are held to the same easy standards. We’re glad Elizabeth enjoyed her stay as facilitated by our manager; however, no concerns regarding unfair treatment were raised with management despite having meetings weekly to do so.

This was the best hostel experience I’ve had so far!! The work is organized and not stressful; when you are not working you have time to explore the city, the best part for me was meeting so other travelers, socializing and participating in the daily events and parties. Other volunteers make this place feel like a family, highly recommend this place. Would love to come back ✨
