Nada demasiado complicado, pero sí útil y necesario. No hace falta que seas experto, solo que tengas ganas de colaborar, sepas moverte con herramientas básicas y tengas un ojo para los detalles.

This is the second time I've volunteered at this hostel, and I've truly left my heart there. This hostel in Las the hostel, a small town in the middle of nowhere, offers the opportunity to live a life of pure tranquility. The atmosphere among volunteers and guests feels like a family. Pato, the manager, is always ready to help and clear up any doubts you may have. He hasn't just been a manager, but more like an older brother, guiding us and understanding me and the other volunteers. For anyone who wants to grow or simply take a break and disconnect, volunteering at the hostel is the choice.

My experience in Las the hostel was very nice. The town is very quiet and remote, with a beautiful landscape, though a bit inconvenient when it comes to getting around. The volunteer group consists of about 12 people, the working hours were always respected, you have plenty of free time, and there is a lot of flexibility from both the manager and the other volunteers. It was a wonderful experience.🩷

I really enjoyed my time volunteering at the hostel. The village is a peaceful fisherman's town, perfect for relaxing, and the people were amazing—both the other volunteers and Ales, the manager, were super welcoming. The work was fair, the hours respected, and a great perk is the free stays at other the hostel all around the island. The only downside was that the van was broken, making it a bit inconvenient to get around since the nearest bus stop is a 25-minute walk. Overall, I had a great experience and wanted to thank everyone who made this experience so memorable ❤️

Experiencia totalmente recomendable. El lugar es único. La ubicación en mitad de la naturaleza y justo delante del mar ofrece la oportunidad de desconectar de todo para conectar contigo mismo y con las personas con las que se comparte el día a día, poder escuchar y aprender de sus historias de vida y disfrutar siempre de una atmósfera de respeto. Las labores a realizar son sencillas y dejan mucho tiempo libre para poder conocer la isla o simplemente disfrutar del lugar. Además, la flexibilidad y empatía del manager, Pato, hacen que todo se viva sin presión y en un ambiente cercano y relajado.
