The Experience

We are a hostel with a lot of heart and we are looking for a volunteer to help us improve our website. We currently use a platform that we don't fully master, and we want to optimize it to receive direct bookings, avoiding high third-party commissions. 🎯 Your mission will be: - Improve the structure and design of our website. - Ensure it is functional, attractive, and easy to use for our future guests. - Contribute

The work schedule was sometimes long, up to 7 hours, and usually disorganized, leaving very little free time to visit the city. It felt more like a job than volunteering.
The facilities could be improved, especially the volunteer room and the kitchen. The Wi-Fi didn't work well, so if you work online, I wouldn't recommend this place. There is also no heating in winter, so the place can get really cold sometimes.
On the positive side, part of the team was open to feedback and willing to make changes. Especially Romi and Camilo, who were really nice coworkers
