The Experience

Hi, we’re Dario and Ivana. We live in Sparta, on the Tyrrhenian coast of Sicily, about 20 km from Messina. We have a park and an olive grove. A 15-minute walk to the beach from a path we have created in the woods. If you have a good team spirit and a sense of community, welcome!

Spartà is a cozy and quiet village, but well connected by bus to Messina. The hosts Ivana and Dario were very welcoming and invited us to dinner several times, it was absolutely delicious. The work was explained well and not too hard or too long. For someone looking for a beautiful and quiet space, I'd definitely recommend Camp Spartà.

The place is very beautiful and you really connect with nature, it's really like camping, the tasks in general are very simple such as helping with pruning trees and helping with cleaning, Dario is very friendly and lets you use the bike whenever you want and organizes beach days to relax
