The experience here was okay but it is not what I was expecting based on the listing. When I arrived at the hotel where I thought I would be staying and volunteering they actually drove me about a mile to the other side of town to a small hostel that I was to stay and work at, it was nothing like the photos and the work was not in the cafe as I planned. Also the listing say that English and Spanish is spoken but really only French and Spanish so I would recommend updating that.

Sehr herzliche Menschen und eine sehr schöne Zeit im das Hotel. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es liegt direkt am Meer, im entspannten Puerto Lopez. Es gibt aber genügend Dinge die man machen kann, so, dass es nie langweilig wird. Die Aufgaben waren gut und leicht zu erledigen und die Arbeitszeiten sind flexibel. Das Essen war auch immer sehr gut. Vielen Dank an alle, Valentina, Yadin, Super Mamá und Sebastián, für die tolle Zeit!

Muy bonito, los anfitriones siempre están muy atentos, son muy amables todos incluyendo los propios colaboradores del lugar, las tareas son variadas, normales y fáciles de lograr, se cuenta con un horario flexible en caso de requerirlo al trabajar (Valentina y Yadin siempre están atentos al dialogo y coordinación).

Esta fue mi primera experiencia de voluntariado y cumplió mis expectativas,Valentina y Yadin grandes anfitriones y todo el equipo muy amable y la comida siempre deliciosa,el paisaje es muy lindo,especialmente los atardeceres. Ideal para amantes de los perros y gatos :) muchas gracias por todo y espero regresar en otra oportunidad.

El hostel es súper tranquilo y las habitaciones para voluntarios son cómodas y tienen más de una. Las actividades a realizar son sencillas y el personal del bar te explica pacientemente cómo hacer las cosas. Tanto los dueños como el personal son muy buena gente, confían y se puede estar tranquila. Y lo mejor, la playa justo al frente y las hermosas vistas desde el restaurante😍🌊. Recomendado!
