Six weeks at the hostel, and leaving was honestly heartbreaking 🥹 I felt literally at home, surrounded by a new family that I already miss so much. The bosses are incredibly kind, friendly and supportive, and so is the whole team. What I loved most was the freedom they gave me: I had the flexibility to bring my own ideas, take initiative and choose what I wanted to work on. I felt both completely free and genuinely challenged, which made the experience so rewarding. I'm already missing everyone and everything about this place, and I honestly can't wait to come back ❤️

One of the best volunteering experiences I've had — and the best hostel I've ever stayed. Johnny is very flexible, and I was responsible for managing the hostel's social media, that's already part of my professional work, so it felt natural and easy for me. the hostel is comfortable, the staff is amazing, and the room was increadible. I ended up extending my stay twice because I genuinely felt at home there! Sometimes the island experiences power outages, but the hostel has a generator, so it was never an issue.I had a wonderful time at the hostel and wil definitely come back one day 💖
