Are you nervous about traveling with Worldpackers?
Rest easy because we have a phenomenal support team that vets and oversees all our hosts.
Before a host becomes verified on the Worldpackers platform, they go through an approval process. The most important things we check include:
- Ratings and reviews on booking and reservation sites;
- Profiles on social media;
- The description of the experience(s) they are offering.
Hosts are approved only once we are certain they'll be an excellent addition to our network.
Our platform is 100% collaborative and transparent
Both the host and the volunteer can leave reviews about their experiences, which makes it easier for you to choose the best possible experience.
Every day, our team analyzes all the reviews given by hosts and travelers. If a host receives a negative review, we get in contact immediately to understand the situation and suggest improvements.
If there's an issue that cannot be resolved or the host has done anything that goes against our policies, they'll be permanently removed from our platform.
