Disappointing experience. From the profile promises (breakfast, internet, classes and excursions), only the ride and the laundry were delivered. The arrangement was bamboo work, but we were placed in heavy civil construction. The room was very dirty, which caused me strong allergies. My first experience as a volunteer was transformative. At the Center, I was welcomed by Shamak (Adriano), an amazing host who introduced me to the magic of Imbituba: beaches, dunes, surfing, waterfalls and breathing practices. Working on his life project is inspiring; I feel that serving there is a form of prayer. Besides the beauty of the place, I made deep friendships that I will carry with me for life.
