This was my first volunteering experience and it exceeded my expectations. The work was varied and allowed me to learn a lot. Space and a super comfortable and private room for volunteers. The hotel is very well located in the center of Pucón, which allowed me to get to know the surroundings.
I greatly appreciate this opportunity and everything I learned during volunteering. I recommend this place if you are someone who wants to enjoy and get to know the nature of the region. My experience at alphes was good. Diamela was a very pleasant, very friendly and very considerate person when it came to flexibility. I had to change my stay due to personal problems, and they were very understanding. I stayed for a week, and during that week I had night shifts, and in the afternoons the hours were respected. The tasks are very easy; perhaps I also had a culture shock, but most of the time I felt uncomfortable with the rest of the staff. I had to share the beautiful room with two volunteers, with whom, truthfully, we got along very well and helped each other at all times. Thank you very much Ale and Dai.

My experience as a volunteer at the ApartHotel in Pucón was incredible. From the first day I felt very welcomed; everyone was very kind and always willing to help. I learned a lot about the local culture and received excellent advice. The work was calm, with a flexible and very patient environment. The room is cozy and the hotel very nice. If you are looking for a place to connect with culture and nature, Pucón is ideal, a quiet town. I hope to return someday. My experience at the hotel was excellent, the team is super nice and from the first moment they make you feel welcome. The tasks are simple and they have very good organization, in addition to flexibility with the schedules and days off. The facilities are very nice, the volunteers are in their own apartment with a bed, a kitchen and a bathroom, and in addition the breakfast is very tasty and complete.
