I really connected with the jungle during my four day stay in Arutam Chakram. I see Diego as more of a friend than anything else and I loved learning about the different plants and their uses. I left every meal feeling satisfied and full with Diego's wonderful cooking. Diego is a great teacher and loves to learn anything you can teach him in return. Unfortunately, we did not get to do much content creation like I imagined but I couldn't have wanted anything more out of the experience! I very much recommend staying here!

Our time here was absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful, in a jungle that Diego has put so much time and love into reforesting. He immediately became a friend of ours and was so kind to take us around to the locals and show us how life is for those in the jungle. We got to try new foods and really experienced the culture here. We have had so much fun here, I would recommend this experience to everyone!!!!

Não recomendo, a casa nao era essa, so me falaram depois que eu cheguei la, não é um lugar onde trabalham com a espiritualidade, Diego nao domina o basico de yoga, não tem terapia holistica alguma, otimo para conectar com a natureza, e só, 20$ por dia para cobrir alimentação q nem é tudo isso, perto dali tem restaurantes que oferecem uma alimentação muito melhor por apenas 4$ e bem servido, recomendo levarem seus proprios travesseiros e roupa de cama, tive que ouvir comentários sobre meu corpo e vi tb mensagens no w dele flertando com outras voluntárias e guardei print, negar não vai adiantar

Creo que la espiritualidad no está en algún lugar físico o externo a nosotros, gracias por tu comentario, estoy muy orgulloso de ser el guardián de estas tierras sagradas, siento mucho si Arutam Chakra no fue lo que esperabas.

The experience as a whole was such a fun and great time. Diego Is a really solid and great host, allowing us to really feel apart of the community. Teaching us about their culture and indigenous history while also taking us around the jungle. He really brought the experience together and I cannot recommend it enough. Make sure you bring your bug spray though!

I was a volunteer for 5 days. We played volleyball with Diego’s friends in the local community and shared some meals with them as well. We also went fishing with a net, hiked the rivers, and explored the jungle, and visited Puyo for a summer festival. The work in the morning was tough, but Diego is right there beside you working as well. Overall a nice, immersive experience and I learned a lot.
P.S. Diego has four of the smartest and cutest dogs I have ever seen!
