Positive: working hours are clear, days off are flexible
Negative: Communication not friendly since arrival. Instructions are vague leading to execution problems. Reservation & guest administration is poor.
But the most serious problem was Giacomo’s bad anger management, since at the end of my stay I told him I was leaving two days early and he became aggressive, threatening me and insulting me. All in front of volunteers and guests, in addition to the threatening and violent messages he kept sending days after I left (evidence upon request).
This hostel should be banned from WorldPackers.

Hermosa experiencia en backpackers puerto viejo! Giaco es súper amable, siempre está dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites y también es flexible en cuanto a los horarios para que todos se sientan cómodos. La ubicación del hostel es buenísima, a unos metros de pleno centro de puerto viejo. Recomendado
