The easiest way to describe my experience is just thanking so much to the Silviu and Loredana, they were very very helpful and friendly hosts, the job is not difficult, you have plenty of time to discover the city and it surroundings and the job was what we arranged before going there. I would definitely encourage travelers to volunteer here. Thank you again for everything.

Boemia Hostel is a very nice and cozy place. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, the beds are confortable and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The city itself is georgeous, quiet and safe, with many places to explore and hiking.
The work is easy and gives you the opportunity to meet many people. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and generous.
I had a very good experience in the Boemian Hostel that I would repeat in the future.

If you are coming to Brasov there is no other choice then volunteering at Hostel Boemia!
Chill and homey place, right in the center of the old town. Tasks and hours were more then fair and having breakfast every morning was superb. You will not regret spending some time in this hostel.

I did not enjoy my time here I am sorry to say. Everyone else has given such high ratings but this was not my experience unfortunately. I was a volunteer only for about three days. The first two day were fine since the other volunteer was helping me. I was given a two hour training on how to do all the tasks required of a receptionist. On my first day on my own a lot of things happened that were out of my control and were not covered in the training. At the start of the day the internet and lights were not working and a creepy guy who checked in was bothering a few guests. Then I was fired.

I had a great time. The hostel is very well located in the center of this beautiful town. The tasks are easy, the working times flexible and it's a great base to explore transilvania. I had such a good experience with boemia that I straight away wanted to do another workaway. Thank you Loredana and Silviu for my first and positive worldpackers experience !
