From the first day, Juli and Pepe made me feel at home. We could enjoy and learn about the local culture for two weeks, with traditional dances, typical food that managed to adapt to our vegetarian diet, and local sightseeing. Always with a lot of affection and attention to our well-being. We volunteered at a special education school in Pisco, and as an occupational therapist I felt a real impact in the community. The teaching staff was welcoming and cooperative with us. We also collaborated with Pepe, her husband, who teaches soccer to neighborhood boys. THANKS!

An incredible experience! Juliana and Pepe welcomed us into their home and made us feel like two more Peruvians. Juliana adapted traditional cooking very well to our vegetarian diet and took us to see the MorΓ³n lagoon and to her mother's country house (with cows, sheep, etc).
At the school we could help as the therapists we are, and once a week we prepared and brought some bread to the children who trained soccer with Pepe.
The puppies are adorable and you grow to love them.
I highly recommend the experience to anyone who wants to know from the inside how life is lived in Pisco and to contribute something.
