Couldn’t recommend CB Oxford enough! The other volunteers have been some of the coolest people i’ve ever met and have made this place feel like home and incredibly difficult to leave. 24 hours of work a week is respected and days off and times are generally flexible for small trips or other obligations. None of the work is too demanding, just general hostel tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and checking people in. The manager, Harry, is great and makes sure everyone is doing okay and having a good time. Oxford is beautiful and I highly recommend this experience!!

I truly had the best time here within the hostel since it’s a three month volunteer you really connect to the other volunteers, they become like family made some of my favourite memories here. The manager Harry is truly a very caring person if you sick or wanting to do some travelling he’s very accommodating. I can proudly say him and the volunteers I was with are going to be some of my life time friends.

There’s no words to describe the amazing experience I had at Central Backpackers. They don’t give you just a place to stay and work, but also the opportunity of getting to know and make connections to people from all over the world, exchange cultures, learnings and art. For me there’s nothing as valuable as that
All the team have a special space in my heart, I’ve made so much valuable friends that became family. Amazing fun memories with them!
I’ve learned so much and improved so many skills, I’m very very grateful and would recommend it to anyone!
