Ademas, al estar en el Caribe Mexicano, los voluntarios pueden aprender y perfeccionar el español, y conocer la ancestral cultura maya y también la vida moderna mexicana y sus tradiciones y comidas típicas.

Siempre estamos pendientes de las llegadas de los voluntarios, que descansen la primer noche y que tengan un buen check in. Queremos que se sientan en familia, conozcan a todo el equipo y se incorporen poco a poco a la comunidad CHE Ademas, estamos siempre atentos a sus inquietudes y destrezas, para poder ayudarles a conocer a fondo el caribe y desarrollar sus aptitudes profesionales

I stayed one month in Che as a volunteer in the experiences area and it was such a fun time!! The shifts were mostly in the evening which means you basically had the whole day for yourself to enjoy the lagoon of Bacalar. You interact a looot with the guests, so you do need bunch of social energy! But in my opinion it was the best area because of the fun you always experienced with the other travelers. Furthermore my team was amazing, good communication and good vibes all the time. In general the Che Team is very lovely and welcoming. Thank you for this experience 💜

Mi experiencia en che fue bastante agradable! cuentas con bastantes beneficios al ser voluntario. Te dan descuentos para que puedas hacer de todo. Conocí, me divertí e hice cosas que nunca había podido hacer, entre otras. Me encantó que la ubicación del hostel está súper cerca de la laguna. Y bueno, gracias che por una experiencia increíble, sin duda algún día regresaré ❤️🇲🇽

Che was a lot of fun, the people who worked there were lovely just like the guests. The reason why I give it 3 stars is because I applied for bar but got put on reception. Also I was traveling with a friend and our hours did not allign. Communication with the worldpackers host was not possible so the managers there did not know anything about the agreements. Also sometimes the food was too little for everyone or not shared. Still my time there was really Nice. The nights were fun because everyday there is a different party with fun things like salsa, pool party, cocktail night, etc

I had an amazing time in Che. I went together with a friend but we did not have the same schedule which we asked for so we asked to change but the communication was very slow. Next to that i had an amazing time with the team and guests. I worked bar and had alot of interaction with people during my shift which is what i love. The 5 hours of working flew by and afterwords there was always someone to hang out with! Amazing!
