Very grateful to the whole team, to Neyser, to Mr. Manuelito, Dani, whom I met a few days ago; honestly, the place is very quiet, it gives you a sense of peace. For my first volunteering experience Iβm very happy that it was there. There were few guests at the time I was there, the working climate was good. Everyone was very kind and good. I also met him. Mr. RomΓ‘n, who took me to the camping, it was a real hustle; he was a very good and helpful person.

We had a very lovely experience! We spent the two weeks with Diego, super kind, calm, good vibes and a great host! The tasks are simple, we had free time to explore the area and enjoy the refuge itself. The meals were delicious and being immersed in that landscape was a gift. We left with a desire to return, without a doubt 100% recommended. Thank you for everything! ππ»πΌπ€©

It was a very enjoyable and enriching experience to be able to collaborate there!! All the amenities were provided to us and the tasks were accessible. There was a lot of exchange with local and international travelers doing mountain tourism and also leisure tourism; the place is very welcoming, as is the staff! We really enjoyed the hikes in our free time, away from guests, La Chorrera, Machay Temple, etc. We shared the two weeks with Diego, who cooks very well and was always available π€; without a doubt we highly recommend this volunteering!!!

Volunteering was a unique experience π The tasks and schedules are respected, and the place for volunteers is very comfortable. The camping team will pick you up and drop you off from Riobamba, which is greatly appreciated.
You can do activities in the surroundings around the place. With Neisser and Diego we had a very good stay, and we talked a lot, just like the guests.
As areas for improvement: I think it's necessary to review the way the owner of the accommodation and certain staff treat guests; it felt unfriendly. Apart from that, I highly recommend volunteering πππ€

The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the campsite! The facilities are very practical and comfortable; they have everything you need for a great experience. The tasks are simple, maintaining the common areas, attending to guests, and staying on top of whatever is needed. The meals are very tasty!
The only point to improve is the relationship with the owners of the place; it feels like a formality, what you came for as a volunteer and that's it. There is no exchange or interest in something more human. But I would definitely recommend this place, you won't regret it!π
