I really enjoyed my time at the camping, from the great views of the mountain to the endless trails in the area and meeting guests and fellow volunteers. The work is super reasonable and the facilities are fantastic. The team is also flexible and laid back. You can also meet members of the surrounding community and get a sense for what life at 4000 meters is like. Would absolutely recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at the camping lodge! Great team environment and a beautiful location. There is a good balance of working hours and time to explore the surrounding area. Manageable tasks done together with the team. All meals included from great chefs!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Nothing was as advertised in the job spec, and there was effectively no communication from the host. It was advertised on the job spec that I was to just do social media promotion through photography and videography. However the manager at the hostel explained this was only a small part of the job and I was expected to clean beds and help make meals for guests. The main incentives that were offered in the job spec also didn't exist. Like free hiking tours and discounted tours. I travelled 4200km to get here and even came early at their req

Very grateful to the whole team, to Neyser, to Mr. Manuelito, Dani, whom I met a few days ago; honestly, the place is very quiet, it gives you a sense of peace. For my first volunteering experience I’m very happy that it was there. There were few guests at the time I was there, the working climate was good. Everyone was very kind and good. I also met him. Mr. Román, who took me to the camping, it was a real hustle; he was a very good and helpful person.

We had a very lovely experience! We spent the two weeks with Diego, super kind, calm, good vibes and a great host! The tasks are simple, we had free time to explore the area and enjoy the refuge itself. The meals were delicious and being immersed in that landscape was a gift.
