As a bout tour operator, we provide to the volunteers the possibility to enjoy their time while with us. There are no special physical requirements and our "working environment" is by the sea on in the sea. You will never get bored while with us and you will also have time and possibility to explore one of the most beautiful areas of Albania.
We are a family run business, located in one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Albania.
We are a small team of 6 people, all originated from Dhermi, working together for a long time.
The volunteers will be part of this small team and will be treated as equal members of this "family" that our team is.

An amazing experience! Tina treated me just like a mother, making sure I was always well taken care of, and her two sons, TomĂ¡s and Petro, were super fun, kind, and made me feel right at home. Enea was always responsible, guiding us and sharing great lessons every day. I also truly enjoyed the beautiful nature surrounding the place. I learned so much, shared wonderful meals, and felt like family from day one. I leave with great memories and deep gratitude. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience working as a deckhand for Captain Enea, Tina, and their sons. They treated me kindly and always made sure I was doing well and that I was fed each day. Working on the boat was easy to learn and very rewarding because you get to meet international travelers and see the beauty of Albania's coast each day. The beaches by the office are lively and beautiful, and the old town up on the hill is quieter and full of charm. I highly recommend this position if you are hardworking and love the ocean!

I had an incredible month in Albania working as a deckhand. Enea is an amazing captain who taught me so much and helped me improve every day. Tina is like a second mother in Albania, always kind, caring, and supportive. Tomas and Petro are both fantastic, friendly, and fun to be around. Thank you all for making this such an unforgettable experience. I truly hope to come back one day!
