Diamantina Eco Hostel

We are a family-owned hostel located in historic Diamantina, Minas Gerais. Helpers have the option of working in various areas of our business: working in the reception, organizing and maintaining computer data and online presence, general maintenance of property. The family also owns a beautiful farm just 15km from the city where helpers are invited to explore and work. In return, we provide a bed, breakfast, and a very warm and convivial atmosphere. Also, whatever information we can provide to make your stay in Diamantina the best it can be! We are seeking helpers who have a working knowledge of Portuguese, as many people in this area of Brazil do not speak English, and we receive many Brazilian travelers. However, we love to learn about other countries, and so we encourage helpers to share the music, food, culture of their home country with us. Duration of stay depends on relationship developed with helper... we ask for a minimum of two weeks, and any longer stay can be discussed. We hope to hear from you!
