Good afternoon. On several occasions, they changed the date for something related to the tickets; we offered to buy some, understanding that they were not from Chile. After that, they arrived at one time and then at another, which was not serious for us. We gave all the instructions to arrive; this is saved in a photo capture. On the day of arrival I called several times and they did not answer me. After that the person in charge of reception was not there, the volunteers, etc. I was very clear about the arrival time and they kept changing it.

I had an overall positive experience. The host is a kind and helpful person! Thanks Andrei for the welcome! Staying at the farm is a relaxing experience that allows you to connect with animals and witness them change and improve simply by being together! I recommend this experience to independent people, preferably with their own means of transportation, as the place is far from the town center and not easily reachable on foot. Ideal for those who speak Spanish and are looking for a calm and flexible volunteering experience.

Andrey is a very kind and funny person; I loved meeting him, sharing and learning about his culture and the way he connects with animals, always willing to teach and give his point of view on raising the puppies and how to train them in a loving way. The tasks were simple, such as cleaning the cages where the puppies slept, keeping the place tidy, creating content for his networks, and preparing breakfast/lunch. No doubt I would return to keep learning and chat; in these 15 days I felt very comfortable and at home, thanks for this enriching experience
