The volunteer learns knowledge of agroecology, bakery, and symbiotic fish farming—an immersive experience.
From placing the seed in the germinator to harvesting the vegetables from the garden.
From searching for compost in the forest to fertilizing the garden.
Ecobatey is surrounded by a humid subtropical forest, where it becomes even more magical.

Currently I live alone at Ecobatey, surrounded by neighbors who collaborate with me. We are affable and friendly (at least that's what they say). I enjoy nature; we like to teach what we have learned and to communicate. I like music. I enjoy, in my spare time, walking through the forest barefoot and being aware of what surrounds me. I practice Shinrin Yoku or forest therapy. The interaction with volunteers is dignified, respectful and sincere.
