We are a small hostel with a very small and young staff, we like to be like a family. We have some experience of travelling in Europa, especially in Barcelona.

The experience at the hostel was very good. I had applied for a bar position, but Erick kindly asked me to cover another morning shift. Everything was discussed and made flexible with a lot of respect and attention, so I did not mind doing it. The tasks are calm and give you plenty of time and energy to enjoy Arequipa, which is a beautiful and equally calm city. I highly recommend it!

I had a great time at the hostel! It's a really great hostel, with some fantastic staff members. There are events run every night, so lots of opportunities to meet new people, and Arequipa is a beautiful city. The location is great, only a short walk to anywhere in the historic centre. Would definitely recommend a volunteer position here!

For my first experience I was very well welcomed, respected and guided. Erick attended to me and explained everything I needed. Maricel (receptionist) was my companion every day and we spoke a lot in English. All schedules and arrangements were respected, just as on the day I needed to rest (due to health issues and after medical care) I was attended to. I missed that the volunteers' room and bathroom were aesthetically better (with attention to cleanliness just as the guests' rooms are). Thanks to everyone at the hostel who supported me in this first volunteer experience!

My volunteering experience at the hostel was my first—and likely my best. Manuel and Erick are incredibly nice, laid-back, and funny hosts; it's a pleasure to work with them, and just as much fun to simply hang out with them. I always felt comfortable and welcome. The staff—such as Luis—are also super nice and cool people. I highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking to volunteer. And if you're looking to learn some Spanish, it's a great place to do just that. 10/10—the next time I'm in Arequipa, I know exactly where I'm heading.

I had an excellent experience at the hostel, I was very warmly welcomed by the whole team and I hope to be able to return. The room offered is simple, and the cleaning must be done by the volunteers themselves, but very comfortable and well equipped, which made me feel even more at ease. The tasks are easy, and Erick and Manuel are always available to answer questions or help. A great option for those seeking a quiet place, but still fun and sociable.
