EcoviLab

Our place is perfect for travelers who want a mix of connection, creativity, and adventure. You'll get hands-on experience with sustainable living, like gardening and caring for chickens, while being part of fun monthly events like yoga, music nights, and food gatherings. Plus, we're just starting to work on a bigger piece of land, so if you enjoy creating and building, this is the place for you! It's not just about work—it’s about joining a community, learning, sharing, and enjoying the beauty of rural life.

We’re a small team of passionate, easygoing people who love nature, good food, and bringing people together. Everyone here is treated like family—respect, kindness, and lots of laughs are a big part of our vibe. Volunteers can expect a welcoming environment where your ideas and effort are valued. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, we'll guide you and work alongside you. We believe in collaboration, sharing meals, and creating great memories together!

The proyeto is a beautiful and very tranquil place. Vânia and Camilo make the experience very welcoming. Thank you both very much. If you are looking for a place away from everything in nature where to work with the land, the proyeto is the perfect place.

I had an excellent experience at the project. Camilo, Vânia and Otávio are lovely people and welcomed me very well. The space is surrounded by nature and very peaceful. The activities are arranged in advance and the schedules can be adjusted with prior notice. I attended the Winter Sarau in which several local exhibitors were present with regional products, in addition to the musical attractions and clowning. Camilo took us to a place with a wide view of the valley, as well as indicating other points around. I recommend it to everyone who wants a slower and more welcoming pace.

Staying on the permacultural farm with Camilo and Vanija was one of the greatest experiences of my travels through latinamerica. The place is beautiful and feels like a part of nature itself. It’s a great place to get out of the city and more in touch with yourself! The work to me didn't feel like work because I was really involved in building the permacultural farm as well. It's a great chance to be part of a bigger project and really motivating to work for the 'bigger picture'.

Such a beautiful place!! Would 100% recommend this. I was lucky to be a part of a festival they celebrated in the small village. I had an amazing room to myself and great and healthy food. Camilo, Vania and her son Octavio was such nice company together with the other volunteers. I was so happy with this volunteering experience! The only thing is that I would have loved to do more work in the garden, but I think it was because of the festival, so that was the focus :) thank you for this!

Thanks Martha. You too are an excellent company. We really liked your dish 'Burning Love' haha. It was delicious. Sorry for not having so much work in the garden... we are doing it right now.
