It was a great way of meeting other travelers - we really created a little family - and share moments with the locals that are employed at English leader. It was also great to meet locals during the classes at English leader. I also learned some stuff about Vietnamese culture during the live streams.
The place is pretty far from the city center of Hanoï and the beds were really tough for my back. Sometimes the online classes can take place in our dorm cause there is not enough space in the classrooms.
I really enjoyed the experience!

The experience was pretty fulfilling in general, amazing people, chill work hours. The english center is an excellent way to make friends and do activities with them. A thing to consider is the location, it is pretty far from city center so you end up paying a lot for grab or frequent bus. The main problem was the cleanliness of the place, kitchen and fridge were unusable, bathroom and shower were very unclean and clogged constantly, girls dorm was the only place that was somewhat decent.

We are located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from the city noise. The city center is about a 30-minute drive or 50 minutes by public bus, which many volunteers appreciate for a more relaxed lifestyle, We take hygiene seriously—we employ a cleaner who comes twice a week to deep clean the property. As hosts, we provide the clean space and schedule professional cleanings, but maintaining daily cleanliness in the common areas relies on everyone doing their part! We appreciate your feedback.
