I loved my first two weeks! Unfortunately, the atmosphere towards me deteriorated to the point that my departure was moved up a few days before the end. It's better not to be the only French volunteer paired with a foreign new volunteer to avoid misunderstanding since instructions were often given in French. You need to make sure you're communicating effectively on your end to address any gaps in information or contradictions that may arise, as well as the possible difficulty of discussing things. Laetitia has her own personality—things could go wonderfully as they could take a different turn

The stay was enjoyable, unfortunately I had an emergency and needed to go home early , Laëtitia helped me to find a place to sleep for that night it was very nice of her. For anyone who would like to stay there, be aware that it is a farm house with animals living in it, it was not a problem for me but it might not be up to everyone's standart of cleanliness. There was other volunteers during my stay and we got along perfectly, I also went along well with the hosts, laëti does have a character that might not suit everyone but i don't think it would be a major problem if you communicate well.

I spent three weeks with Laeti and Mika and it was a great experience! I got to do lots of horse riding which was my main goal, and learnt a lot of horsemanship and general care. It was definitely a very physical job so be prepared to be outside and getting dirty pretty much all the time, although there were plenty of opportunities to chill when I wanted to. One thing to note is that you need to be very comfortable with cats as they breed Siamese and you do live with them everywhere. Go with the flow, be open minded and you'll enjoy it!

Sally is a super friendly, energetic young woman who learns very quickly! In just three weeks, she’s already become a rider. A truly wonderful person for us to meet

NOT RECOMMENDED 09-10/01/26, from Italy I chose "the farm" based on the positive reviews from another platform and the photos shown, but I quickly regretted it. I felt very disrespected; poor availability, no punctuality, openness to dialogue or empathy (towards me). Moreover, the house was quite neglected (I've visited different European farms, none in such a condition). The only positive point was the supportive roommate and the sweet dogs and cats, including one who slept on top of me. <3 A truly HUMANLY disappointing experience

Martina stayed only one night and complained about the mess, the presence of animals in the house, and the mud around the farm , which is normal in winter.
We welcomed her as all our volunteers; we were a little late, which she had confirmed by SMS was fine, but later reproached us for it.
She did not participate in any activities but judge it here. She asked to be taken to the train station the next day despite a snowstorm and can't understand our refusal. An entitled, immature attitude.

Stayed only one night but judge and make review with stars about activities while she even didn't ride a horse. She didn't like there are animals in our house and mud out but it's a farm in winter... That's the only difference with photos. Not able to adapt herself with the other volonteer in the dormitory, or with us, not a good experience for us. Fortunately we have a lot of volonteers who like to come home and make activities with us.
