A volunteer should choose our place because it is a very large green space with vegetation, fruit trees, clean air, privacy, and tranquility just a few blocks from the city center. A laid-back and open environment, to enjoy doing the activities that are necessary and simply enjoy the experience. We believe that feeling comfortable is the main reason for harmony.
I am the only person responsible for the place; during the week, in my work schedule, I am not at home between 4 and 8 hours a day, since it is somewhat flexible, so those who volunteer will have plenty of freedom and must take initiative and be responsible for their work, as there won't be someone permanently overseeing the tasks. That's why we believe that communication is very important and to clearly define what needs to be done, and... that's all! I have friends who stop by to lend a hand and share a moment; sometimes they stay overnight, but there are no big parties or late nights—it's a pleasant, friendly and calm place.

The home is really sustainable! There is real care for recycling and caring for resources, especially water. Alexis is a safe person and was always making sure that nothing was missing. He was also very flexible with tasks, although there was always something to do. This experience allowed me to get know the city and local culture in depth and in a safe way. Muy linda experiencia. la casa es una casa en refacción con un patio muy grande y lindo por mantener. Las tareas a realizar son sencillas para ayudar a cumplir el objetivo a futuro del lugar que es convertirse en hostel y camping. Los horarios son flexibles. Alexis esta siempre atento a que no falte nada. Tanto él como su amigo, habitante de la casa también, te recomiendan qué podés hacer en Comodoro, que por cierto es una ciudad muy linda. Me sentí muy comoda durante toda la estadía. Gracias por la experiencia!

Viajeros: la casa es un proyecto de una sola persona, Alexis quiere transformar este lugar en un hostel camping, lo que significa que se esta construyendo y arreglando todavia, asi que se van a encontrar con incomodidades tipicas de un proyecto que recien arranca. Ahora, las horas laborales son bien desestructuradas, literalmente hice lo que quise y me senti como en mi casa, Alexis siempre se fijaba que no nos faltara nada.Gracias amigo por enseñarme sobre como reciclar nuestros desperdicios y por aceptarme en tu casa. El asado te quedo riquisimooo.

La exp empezó mal: otra dirección, solo me enteré xq envié un mensaje el día anterior, informa que hay un traslado, pero no lo hay. Tareas ok, no tengo problema con eso (claro, cuando se puede hacer y no depende de la persona). Muy mal lugar, no por la casa vieja, por la suciedad y el desorden. Hab sucia (tuve que quitar la alfombra), todo sucio, desordenado y lleno de polvo, lo mismo afuera de la casa. Tiene que mejorar mucho, xp no es gratis ni un favor, es un INTERCAMBIO, invertimos tiempo y trabajo y nos merecemos un lugar digno para quedarnos. No me gustó, no lo recomiendo!

In previous reviews, Rosineide rated another experience poorly also only evaluating it based on cleanliness. Clearly that was her main priority, and having internet and privacy to do her online work.
The house is under construction, which is why it is full of dust and stuff. The tasks requested of the volunteers are precisely to help with this and to have a better place to offer every day. This was announced in advance. It was also asked during the volunteering how everything was and if she wanted to comment on anything, but she did not.
Finally, another volunteer, who joined a week before her and shared almost her entire stay, rated exactly the same experience with 4 stars, which I think makes the rating completely disproportionate to reality.
It's a pity because it leaves us with a low rating for a developing project that we are carrying out with a lot of effort and heart.
