Finca el Péndulo

Finca El Péndulo is a holistic retreat center, community, and creative hub in the heart of nature—created for those who feel called to something deeper.

It is called “El Péndulo” because your experience here moves between two worlds: the external beauty of nature, community, and creation, and an inward journey of reflection, connection, and growth.

This space began as a personal project and naturally evolved into a place of sharing. Today, it attracts people from around the world—travelers, creatives, and seekers—who come not only to stay, but to experience something meaningful. Many say they didn’t arrive here by accident.

We host a wide range of retreats and events throughout the year, including plant medicine retreats, yoga retreats, festivals, workshops, and even weddings. This is not a hostel or a party environment—it is a space where people come with intention.

At the finca, you’ll find a unique combination of nature, creativity, and holistic living:

Gym, pool, jacuzzi, and steam room
Horses and animal areas
Volunteer kitchen and shared spaces
Art, pottery, and creative workshops
Meditation spaces and nature areas

We also offer holistic activities such as temazcal, yoga, meditation, and ceremonies, depending on what is happening in the space at the time.

Life here is rooted in community. There is a natural balance between giving and receiving, working and resting, creating and reflecting. You may find yourself helping in the garden in the morning, sharing a meal with others in the afternoon, and sitting by the fire at night.

This is a place where synchronicities happen, where creativity flows, and where many people experience meaningful shifts in their lives.

Finca El Péndulo is a growing and evolving project. For many years, it developed organically, guided by intuition, creativity, and the people who became part of it. More recently, it has expanded quickly, especially through the retreats we host.

As the space grows, we are now bringing more structure and organization to support everything that has been created—so that both the operations and the creative energy can coexist in a balanced way.

Our team is made up of a core group of people who live here, along with volunteers, staff, and facilitators who come and go. Together, we create a dynamic and ever-changing community.

There are people dedicated to different areas of the finca, including maintenance, cleaning, reception, construction, animal care, and retreat support. In addition, we collaborate with facilitators and communities who bring retreats, workshops, and events into the space.

The volunteer program is an important part of this ecosystem. It brings together people from different cultures, perspectives, and ways of living. Through this exchange, the space continues to evolve.

At the heart of this project is a commitment to:

Service and contribution
Respect for each person’s process
Community and coexistence
Creativity and self-expression

What makes this place special is the balance between structure and spontaneity. While we are building stronger systems, we continue to honor the freshness, intuition, and human connection that shaped the finca from the beginning.

This is not just a place to stay—it is a place to participate, to contribute, and to experience life in a different way.

I loved the experience, a very dynamic place with many changing energies, the activities, the time to carry them out, and the integration of the team and volunteers was excellent. I will definitely come back another time and would recommend it in every sense.

Fue una experiencia increible!!! Espero volver pronto.

All the described activities take place at the HOLISTIC CENTER. The idea that they would be under the concept the gentleman IDEALIZED imagined is different; he expected to arrive at an Ashram or a similar concept, which is never stated to be an Ashram and to have programs and schedules like one. This is a HOLISTIC CENTER, which is very different. You should review concepts before making judgments that arise from idealizations due to a lack of knowledge.
