Volunteers benefit from the shared knowledge and experience of the program coordinators, workshop presenters, local partners, and other volunteers that come to share and grow.

The mission is to serve as a source of inspiration and conscious collaboration to further the betterment of humanity, and our connection to the Earth.

We achieve this through living off the land, and in alignment with the rhythm of nature, and providing outlets for residents and guests to learn and grow through educational events, festivals, retreats and intentional media.

We want to create a working process system for development of sustainable communities that can serve as a duplicatable template for budding land projects worldwide.

We have a "Homestead Handbook" that will be sent upon approval, and before arrival with more details and the house agreement, values, mission, etc. for any volunteers to read before they decide to make the trip here.

The goal is to have almost all of the practical and physical components necessary to operate the homestead, within the document above. It is to be laminated, taken care of superbly, and readily available at the community bulletin board for any and all residents, members, volunteers, and guests.
