Umoja development Hub offers a meaningful space for learning of the childrens for better future . It is located in Ngeri village in Kenya, near the shore of lake Victoria in a habitants of luo community tribe and provide a unique cultural exchange experience for volunteers . Volunteering at Umoja development Hub , allow volunteers to interact with the children and the community. The experience of working closely together with children, allow the volunteers to become the part of their family , hence creating a sence of and support. By Volunteers together with the children in the local school, you will make a direct impact on education,talents and supporting the dreams of the young minds. As a volunteer, you would have the opportunity to help in teachings games, English lesson in the school, teachings creative lesson such art and craft, Home Science, and any subject the volunteer is skilled at . The volunteers who are skilled in football training program, will help the kids to understand the flow of football and attend matches in nearby villages, the volunteers who are skilled in farming will help us together with cultivate our farms . In our farms , we cultivaves, maize🌽, beans, 🌿, bananas 🍌 sweet potatoes 🍠 mangoes 🥭 and sugar cane . At free time especially on weekends, volunteers who love , will hikes in the local mountains, swim in the lake, and visit nearby towns, islandse.g Mfangano Island , Rusinga , Massai Marra, Simbi Nyaima the magic water, Myamgodho, ombare, and the beautiful Ruma National Park.


Food
There are three meals a day that consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
