I cannot recommend this place. I had my reservation confirmed for weeks. But they accepted for just one day. When I arrived, exhausted after a long journey, the place was locked up, and nobody answered my calls. I had to find last-minute alternative accommodation in an unfamiliar city. The lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. Completely unreliable and a major source of stress during my trip.

I do not recommend volunteering here. I had planned to volunteer in Luxor, changed my schedule and date because they asked me to, and on the day of the volunteering they told me it wasn't possible because they were doing renovations. I spent 3 weeks talking to the host! Only to be told this ON THE DAY? I do not recommend it! It's not reliable. I reported it to Worldpackers.
