We are a hostel with a surf house soul, in the process of structuring and growing. Here there’s no room for parties and hustle – our vibe is different: spirituality, discipline, sports, and a deep experience with nature and the ocean.

📌 What we’re looking for: Volunteers who take commitment seriously, with willingness to help especially with cleaning, maintenance, and organizing the house. The tasks require physical strength, dedication, and responsibility with schedules and daily missions.

My name is Renan, I’m a surfer, passionate about nature and the simple, authentic lifestyle. After many years in the city, I decided to turn my purpose into reality by creating Greenhouse Saquarema — a space of connection with the sea, with the spirit, and with people who share that same essence.

Our team is small, but with giant energy! Each person here believes in exchange, in the power of coexistence, and in daily learning. We are building this space together, with a lot of effort, but also with a lot of love and truth.
