Andrea did not demonstrate proactivity or willingness to collaborate, especially during a period of high demand after Carnival. Instead of contributing solutions, she took a stance more focused on complaints and indirect comments with other volunteers. We value initiative, direct communication, and teamwork, which were not observed during her experience. Based on this, we do not recommend Andrea for cleaning roles or operational support.

Very good to be part of the hostel family; I connected with people from many different places. It was an incredible experience, I highly recommend it; for those interested in surfing, this is the right place. The host is a dear; I was able to communicate very well with him, conveying the tasks clearly. I recommend it with eyes closed; I will return many more times, always.

My experience at Green was wonderful! It's a hostel completely different from the ones I've stayed at. It's a place entirely focused on health: the group sleeps and wakes up early, does physical activities, takes care of spirituality... Additionally, Renan, the hostel's host, is an inspiring person. I learned a lot from him and from his way of seeing the world. Eternal gratitude to Green!

Simply the best choice I’ve ever made! The green house is much more than volunteering, it’s a philosophy and a lifestyle, just like surfing. The experience I had was transformative and I’m eternally grateful to Renan for the opportunity, who is an excellent professional, a leader and a surf instructor. Very flexible, committed, and takes his work seriously. The general service at the house is very calm, as it is always being cleaned, so the work is only to keep it organized. Thank you very much, Renan, for the experiences; there is certainly a me before and after Saquarema!
