Highland Park Estate
Joe and I are in our early sixties. We have spent over thirty years living abroad and still do to some extent. Our highland park estate is our next adventure. We have many plans for its future but need some help. We value the opportunities and experiences that working abroad provides, and we hope that working alongside us will be a positive step in your life journey.
We wear many hats but pride ourselves on being courteous, fair, and respectful. We have a very strong work ethic, are always willing to take on a challenge thanks to Google and YouTube and aim to be our best selves. It is expected that our volunteer/s share the same ethics.

Sandie and Joe were fantastic hosts. I had such an amazing time with them. They are accommodating, genuinely kind, and thoughtful people. I felt like I was apart of their family the moment I arrived, and I'm sure we'll remain in touch for a long time. The work I did was varied and rewarding as I learned new skills and developed old ones. In addition, their property is ideally located for Tasmanian wilderness and National the home adventures which were so fun! Thank you so much for a truly wonderful experience.

Sandie and Joe have created a beautiful place and I feel so lucky to have had a hand in their progress! It was a once-in-a lifetime experience to learn from their experience in the whiskey industry and live where the magic happens. the home is a safe place where pademelons and echidnas roam, fresh raspberries grow in the garden to snack on during breaks, and the sunsets on the face of Mt. Roland are breathtaking. I cannot recommend this experience enough! Endless thanks to Sandie and Joe - the absolute greatest people.

This was the best volunteering place I have ever been to! Sandie and Joe are the kindest hosts ever and they made me feel at home 😍 The accommodation is great too and they are very patient and like to teach you new skills :) They were very flexible and made it very open to me with which tasks I would like to help most (garden, painting, etc.). I loved it!!
