My experience with Nina was very good. I learned a lot and I worked hard. Nina explains everything to you, although you will generally feel watched all the time, which can be somewhat suffocating, but deep down it is to help you improve and do everything perfectly.

I loved my experience as a volunteer at the hostel in Sofia. Dina is an incredible person, very kind, friendly, patient, and always willing to help. The hostel also offers some food for the volunteers, and every day Dina asks if you need anything. At first the tasks may seem a lot, but then they become part of the routine. So there are no surprises. The only thing is that couples need to pay attention, the shifts are individual, so if you want to work in the same shift as in my case, it's not possible. But we managed to negotiate days off together and enjoy the experience more.
