Our volunteers are treated as part of the team, with respect, openness and clear communication. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and telling us if something is not working for you.

We also understand that volunteers come to Istanbul to experience the city, meet people and enjoy their own time — not just to work. We therefore try to keep a good balance between responsibilities and free time.
