We are a family who love to travel and have just returned from a long trip. We have been traveling in North and Central America for a long time in a small van.
On our trip we got to know many volunteers and would like to give you the opportunity to get to know our cultures better, an alternative lifestyle and gain new experiences.
We offer you a friendly, informal atmosphere so that you can feel at home. We will choose our tasks together, which are very varied.
Here in the countryside you will find peace and quiet and you can get to know unique experiences with a special lifestyle.
We are a family consisting of my husband, my three-years-old son, our older dog and myself. And we are expecting another child soon. We love to work with our hands, to build new things independently, but also to enjoy life. This includes traveling, enjoying delicious food and outdoor sports. We are open-minded and flexible and would like to welcome you as part of our community.

Vera and Josef are the most friendly and kind host, very fortunate to have chance to stay with them for 5 weeks, I wish to stay longer. They made me feel like their family, we shared so many conversations together. The meals they prepared are delicious, and the room was comfy and clean. The location is far from everything, but it is good for those who are looking for hiking or quietness in the field or forest! They will offer to take you with them when they’re going out. I really recommend this to anyone who wants not just a place to stay but a meaningful connection with the hosts as well!

I had a wonderful experience staying with this family. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and made me feel at home from the very beginning. The living space was comfortable and spacious, and I truly appreciated their hospitality and support throughout my stay. It was a pleasure to be part of their daily life, they provided transportation whenever I wanted to explore places outside of the home which I am so grateful I got to do, the surrounding towns are rich in culture. I'm very grateful for the time I spent with them and would highly recommend to any future volunteers!

Vera and Josef are very good hosts, they are warm welcomers and quickly make you part of their family life. They present you the tasks and encourage you to take up the one you prefer. The y explain what to do and give you the tools. Accomodation and food are excellent, both the hosts are great cooks and enjoy sharing. You can turn to them for advice as to where to go and what to visit and invite you to go with them wherever they need to go. A very complete experience!

I would highly recommend it for people who want to experience slow life in rural area. The family is open-minded and welcoming, they are always happy to help and answer questions. They helped me also with coordinating my arrival and were flexible with the tasks I could do during a day and open to adjusting the working hours.
