We are Carvis and Amilcar, an international couple who love traveling, discovering different cultures, and creating spaces where people can feel welcome, connected, and inspired.

We currently have the opportunity to care for and manage **Isla de Crear**, a beautiful countryside property near Úbeda, Andalusia, surrounded by olive groves, nature, art, and creative spaces.

Our goal is for Isla de Crear to become much more than a place to stay. We want to build an international community where people from different countries can share knowledge, learn from one another, develop new skills, and experience authentic Andalusian life.

For us, a volunteer is a **member of our team and our community**, not simply someone who comes to work.

From the very beginning, we make sure that every volunteer understands what we expect, what their responsibilities are, and how they can contribute to the project. At the same time, we want to learn about their skills, interests, and ideas so we can create an experience that is meaningful and rewarding for everyone.

Our approach is based on:

We are looking for responsible, respectful, positive people who are willing to take initiative. You don't have to be an expert or know how to do everything. We value **attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to contribute** much more than perfection.

Our hope is that when our volunteers leave Isla de Crear, they won't feel that they simply stayed somewhere for a few weeks. We want them to feel that **they were part of something special, met people from different cultures, learned something new, and created memories they will carry with them for years to come.**
